Pricing, Plans & Checkout

Actualog is a B2B SaaS platform. Plans are purchased and managed per Company Workspace (not per individual user). Your active company determines what features and limits are available in the sidebar and on operational pages (Products, Catalogs, Data Assets, Integrations, etc.).

This topic explains:

  • how plans are structured,
  • how to read the Plans page,
  • how checkout works (Stripe / Microsoft Marketplace / Invoice),
  • where to manage upgrades and billing history.

Plan tiers

Actualog offers tiered plans designed for different maturity levels of product data operations:

  • Essentials — getting started: core product profiles and initial publishing.
  • Business — standard operational PIM: more products, catalogs, and day-to-day data management.
  • Enterprise — scaled governance and integrations: large volumes, deeper integration and operational controls.
  • Leader — for organizations that need custom governance, higher limits, and priority engagement.

The exact feature set and limits are always shown on the Plans page in the comparison table.

Billing period: monthly vs annual

Most plans can be billed:

  • Monthly
  • Annual (typically includes a discount compared to paying month-by-month)

Choose the billing period based on how stable your usage is:

  • Monthly = lower commitment, flexible
  • Annual = lower effective cost and simpler budgeting

Trial

Plans may include a trial period (for example, “14-day trial included”, if shown on the Plans page).
The checkout UI is the source of truth for whether a payment method is required to start the trial and when the first charge will occur.

Where to view plans

Open Prices / Plans to:

  • compare plans side by side,
  • see which features are included,
  • understand the plan limits (products, catalogs, AI-assisted operations, integrations, etc.).

The feature table is the best place to answer:
“Will this plan support my volume and workflows?”

Checkout: how to purchase a plan

Open Subscription & Billing → Manage or upgrade to access the checkout page.

Step 1 — Select the company

Checkout is tied to the current Company Workspace. Make sure you are upgrading the correct company.

Step 2 — Choose plan and billing period

In Plan & billing period:

  • select your plan (Essentials / Business / Enterprise / Leader),
  • choose Monthly or Annual.

Step 3 — Apply a promo code (optional)

If you have a promo code, enter it and click Apply.
Any discount will be reflected in the order summary.

Step 4 — Review the order summary

The Order summary shows:

  • selected plan and term,
  • subtotal,
  • discount (if any),
  • estimated tax (if applicable),
  • total for the first charge.

Always rely on the Order summary for the final amount before you confirm payment.

Step 5 — Choose a purchase method

Actualog supports multiple purchase options:

  • Pay with Stripe
Standard online payment flow (commonly used for credit card payments and self-service subscription management).

  • Buy from Microsoft Marketplace
Suitable when your organization prefers purchasing through existing Microsoft procurement and billing processes.

  • Pay an invoice
Used for invoice-based procurement workflows (availability may depend on plan and company setup).

Plan administrator (optional)

Checkout can include a Plan administrator field. This is typically the person responsible for:

  • billing contact and subscription management,
  • receiving billing-related notifications (where enabled),
  • coordinating plan changes within the company.

After purchase: managing billing

In Subscription & Billing, you can typically:

  • upgrade/downgrade the plan,
  • review current subscription status,
  • open Billing history for invoices/charges (depending on the payment method).

Plan changes are applied through the platform so that features and limits remain aligned with your subscription.

Common questions

Why do I not see plan features or certain pages?

Most often it’s one of these:

  • you are not in the correct Company Workspace,
  • your user role does not allow billing actions,
  • your plan does not include the feature (or you reached a plan limit).

Will taxes be added?

If taxes apply, checkout may show estimated tax and include it in the total. The final tax handling depends on purchase method and your billing location.
